Varicose vein treatment

Phlebology22.05.2026

Complaints

The patient presented with advanced bilateral lower extremity varicose disease accompanied by trophic skin changes, hyperpigmentation, and prominent varicose nodules. He reported persistent leg heaviness, edema, and fatigue that significantly limited physical activity.

Treatment

Comprehensive treatment of bilateral lower extremity varicose veins was performed using endovenous laser ablation combined with mini-phlebectomy. This combined approach allowed complete correction of the varicose pathology in both legs with a minimal recovery period.

Result

Both lower extremities achieved a smooth and aesthetically improved appearance, with complete resolution of varicose nodules and trophic skin changes. Symptoms of heaviness and swelling resolved entirely, allowing the patient to return to a fully active lifestyle without limitations.
