Varicose vein treatment

Phlebology22.05.2026

Complaints

The patient presented with complaints of bilateral lower extremity varicose veins, including prominent varicose nodules in the knee and calf regions. She reported persistent leg heaviness, evening edema, and pain associated with prolonged standing.

Treatment

Combined treatment of bilateral lower extremity varicose veins was performed using endovenous laser ablation and mini-phlebectomy. This staged minimally invasive approach allowed effective correction of the varicose pathology with a short recovery period.

Result

The varicose nodules of both lower extremities were successfully eliminated, and the skin achieved a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Symptoms of heaviness, swelling, and pain resolved completely, allowing the patient to return to a full and active lifestyle without limitations.
