Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of breast deformity and firmness following previous breast augmentation surgery. The implants had acquired an unnatural appearance, accompanied by asymmetry and physical discomfort that significantly affected daily life.
Revision breast augmentation surgery was performed with implant exchange and correction of capsular contracture. New implants were selected based on the patient’s aesthetic expectations and individual soft tissue characteristics to achieve a more natural and symmetrical outcome.
The breasts achieved a natural contour and improved symmetry, while the firmness and discomfort completely resolved. The final result appears harmonious, and the patient ultimately obtained the aesthetic outcome she had originally expected from her initial surgery.
