Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of significant submental and cervical adipose tissue accumulation, resulting in the appearance of a “double chin” and loss of definition of the mandibular contour. The condition was resistant to correction through diet and physical exercise.
Submental and neck liposuction was performed through minimal access incisions. The procedure allowed precise removal of localized fat deposits, restoration of a well-defined mandibular contour, and enhancement of the natural facial profile.
The contour of the jawline and neck became sharper and more defined, with complete correction of the double chin deformity. The face appears more sculpted and masculine, while the facial profile demonstrates significantly improved harmony and definition.
