Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of localized adipose deposits in the thigh and gluteal regions, resulting in disproportionate body contours. Despite maintaining an active lifestyle, these areas remained resistant to correction and continued to cause aesthetic dissatisfaction.
Liposuction of the medial and lateral thighs, as well as the gluteal region, was performed through minimal access incisions. The procedure allowed targeted contouring of the problem areas, refinement of the leg contours, and improvement of lower body proportions.
The thighs became slimmer, with smoother and more harmonious leg contours. The overall body silhouette achieved improved proportion and balance, allowing the patient to feel more confident in any type of clothing.
