Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of brow ptosis and hooding of the upper eyelids, resulting in a heavy and tired appearance of the eyes. She was also concerned about horizontal forehead rhytides and glabellar wrinkles.
A frontotemporal lift was performed through minimal incisions placed within the hair-bearing scalp. The procedure allowed elevation of the brows, smoothing of the forehead wrinkles, and opening of the periocular area without altering the lower facial regions.
The eyes appear more expressive and open, with restoration of a natural brow elevation. The forehead appears smoother, and the face overall looks fresher and more youthful while fully preserving natural facial expression and mimetic function.
