Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of significant excess skin of the abdomen, flanks, and back following major weight loss. The skin had lost elasticity and demonstrated circumferential laxity of the trunk, which could not be corrected through physical exercise.
A circumferential body lift was performed, involving circumferential trunk skin tightening through a single horizontal incision. The procedure allowed simultaneous contouring of the abdomen, flanks, and back, creating a smoother and firmer body silhouette.
The body achieved a well-defined and harmonious contour: the abdomen, flanks, and back became noticeably tighter, while the overall silhouette appeared slimmer and more proportionate. The result allows the patient to feel comfortable and confident in any type of clothing.
