Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of upper eyelid hooding and puffiness of the lower eyelids, resulting in a tired and heavy appearance of the eyes. She was also concerned about deepening periorbital wrinkles and an overall fatigued facial appearance despite adequate rest.
Upper and lower blepharoplasty was performed, including excision of redundant skin and correction of herniated orbital fat through minimal incisions placed along the natural eyelid creases. The procedure allowed opening of the periocular area and correction of lower eyelid puffiness without altering the natural facial expression.
The eyes appear more open, refreshed, and expressive. Lower eyelid puffiness has resolved, and the upper eyelids no longer appear hooded. The face demonstrates a more rested and youthful appearance while fully preserving natural facial features.
