Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of prominent lower eyelid fat herniation, deep infraorbital hollows, and hooding of the upper eyelids. Her facial appearance was perceived as fatigued and unhealthy, with a persistent tired look that did not improve even after adequate rest.
Upper and lower blepharoplasty was performed with correction of lower eyelid fat herniation and tissue redistribution within the infraorbital region. The procedure allowed correction of the tear trough deformities, smoothing of the lower eyelid contour, and restoration of a natural periocular appearance.
The periocular region achieved a fresher and more rested appearance: the lower eyelid fat herniation was eliminated, the infraorbital hollows were significantly softened, and the eyes became more open and expressive. The outcome appears natural and provides substantial rejuvenation of the overall facial appearance.
