Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of a lower abdominal skin fold and a postoperative scar following cesarean section. Despite an overall slender body habitus, this area remained aesthetically concerning and was unresponsive to exercise-based body contouring efforts.
A mini-abdominoplasty was performed with excision of a limited amount of redundant lower abdominal skin and revision of the cesarean section scar. The procedure allowed refinement of the abdominal contour and concealment of the scar within the natural lower abdominal crease.
The abdomen became smoother and firmer, while the cesarean section scar became minimally visible. The body contour appears more harmonious, and the patient reports increased confidence in fitted clothing.
