Varicose vein treatment
The patient complained of severe varicose veins of both lower extremities with trophic skin changes that significantly limited physical activity.
The patient presented with complaints of redundant abdominal skin and the presence of postoperative scars following previous surgical procedures. She was concerned about skin laxity and contour irregularities that could not be improved through physical exercise or dietary modification.
An abdominoplasty was performed with excision of excess skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue of the lower abdomen. Simultaneously, scar revision was carried out, along with restoration of anterior abdominal wall tone.
The abdomen became flatter and firmer, with postoperative scars significantly improved and concealed within the natural skin crease. The body contour appears more harmonious and proportionate, allowing the patient to comfortably wear fitted clothing.
